Based on the medical research it works better in the long run compared to drugs, injections, and surgery. Exercise physiologically changes the tissues (discs, joints, muscles, etc.) of the lower back. It increases the loading capacity of the lower back, meaning more activity and greater forces through the lower back are tolerated without pain.

The answer varies, it’s different for different people. You could have been doing the wrong exercises. You could have been doing the right exercises the wrong way. You may have been doing the right exercises the right way, but weren’t consistent over time. You may have been doing everything perfectly and consistently but continued to do other things that exacerbated the lower back. Often times people do things every day that aggravate their lower back that they don’t associate with their symptoms.

You should use the Crush Back Pain Program opposed to another approach because it’s based on anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, tissue loading, biochemistry, and exercise science. It’s based on proven scientific principles that have been shown to work over the past ten to twenty years. The programs work, if done consistently.

No, you do NOT need a gym or any equipment. All you need is your body and the floor. These programs can be done anytime, anywhere.

This varies from person to person.  For the mobility based days it will take 10-20 minutes.  For the strength based days it will take 30-45 minutes.  Programming is 5 days per week with 2 mobility based days and 3 strength based days. 

The Herniated Disc, Herniated Disc With Sciatica, and Lumbar Stabilization programs last 12 weeks.  

 

The other programs can be used indefinitely and are more knowledge based.  They give you information that you use daily to improve function, reduce pain, and to build a strong back.

The 12 week Crush Back Pain programs cost $500.  These are worth every penny.  Even if you had insurance with a $30 copay it would cost you $1800 to see me 5 days per week for 12 weeks.  At $500 for the 12 week program you’re paying less than 1/3 of that $1800.  If you were paying me out of pocket it would cost you $130 per visit.  Five days per week for 12 weeks at $130 per visit would cost you $7800.  Even if you only had to pay a $30 copay and you only came in two times per week it would cost you $720 over the course of 12 weeks.  So $500 for a full 12 week program is more than fare.  

 

The other Crush Back Pain programs cost $75-$100.  These programs are built to give you very specific, immediately applicable strategies to reduce pain and improve function.

For most people who do the Crush Back Pain Programs less lower back pain is experienced within the first 1 to 2 weeks of starting the program. Some people notice less pain within the first 3 or 4 days. Some people take 3 to 4 weeks before they notice less pain. Everyone is a little different, but most people fall into the 1-2 week range. This is a process and there will be ups and downs over the 6 weeks. At the end of 12 weeks you will have less pain and improved function.
