It’s based on proven scientific principles that have been shown to work over the past ten to twenty years. The programs work, if done consistently.

No, you do NOT need a gym or any equipment. All you need is your body and the floor. These programs can be done anytime, anywhere.

The programs take most people 10 to 15 minutes each day. Everything is streamlined and simplified. There is no fluff. You will complete 3 exercises each day.

The programs last 6 weeks. Exercises are progressed each week.

The Crush Back Pain programs cost $150 for the full follow along program. The full program includes all the educational content that covers imaging, different treatment approaches, and supplements. The $75 program includes the same exercise programming as the $150 program. It includes video of each exercise, but not follow along training. The educational content regarding imaging, different treatment approaches, and supplements is NOT included in the $75 program.

The pricing is fair. The programs are not priced too low because with a lower price point people are not as likely to follow through with the program. With the programs costing some money but being reasonable people are more likely to commit to the program and stick with it. And to get the best results doing the program daily for 6 weeks is required.

These programs are a bargain. Seeing someone twice a week for 6 weeks with a $30 copay will cost you $360. If you’re paying $120 per visit out of pocket twice a week for 6 weeks you’re going to spend $1440. These programs offer daily training for 6 weeks, equivalent to 42 visits. The numbers that show the savings are based on only 12 visits.

For most people who do the Crush Back Pain Programs less lower back pain is experienced within the first 1 to 2 weeks of starting the program. Some people notice less pain within the first 3 or 4 days. Some people take 3 to 4 weeks before they notice less pain. Everyone is a little different, but most people fall into the 1-2 week range. This is a process and there will be ups and downs over the 6 weeks. At the end of 6 weeks you will have less pain and improved function.
